Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor in Computer Science or related field
1 to 3 years of experience in software development and full product life-cycles
Expos
Experience on Java based web frameworks such as Spring Boot, Play, Dropwizard, or Java EE.
Experience in developing RESTful web services
Experience in working with relational databases
Preferred qualifications:
Coding skills in Java coupled with strong base in object-oriented design, functional programming and development
Experience in distributed system design and microservices. Exposure to messaging queues such as RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka
Excellent problem solving skills and understanding of Object Oriented Design and Patterns - GoF, anyone?
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Hands on experience with UI frameworks - React or Angular
Working experience with Docker/Kubernetes on AWS or any other cloud provider
Responsibilities
You work on the core components of Furlenco technology stack - platforms powering our web portal, mobile apps, our customer experience systems, the warehouse & logistics management systems, billing & invoicing systems, payment infrastructure, risk & collection system, pricing engine etc. You will be part of a rewarding and challenging startup environment.
You will be a highly technical hands-on engineer, with opportunities to work on the most challenging problems in Furlenco, from inception to delivery.
